Rosie O’Donnell has a new view over on the Eastern Seaboard.

The comedian and former talk show host, who in April parted with her gulf-front home in Nokomis, Fla., for $5.3 million, has paid $4.975 million for a waterfront spread in West Palm Beach.

The walled and gated estate, built in 1957 and since updated, sits on about half an acre with 180 feet of waterfront, a private guesthouse, two loggias and a heated swimming pool and spa.

Renovated interiors of more than 7,600 square feet have raised ceilings, a living room with a fireplace and a center-island kitchen with a wine cellar. The master suite has a soaking tub, vanities with built-in televisions, a massage room and two walk-in closets for a total of six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.

Walls of windows and glass doors center on views of the Intracoastal Waterway.

Outdoors, separate loggias contain an outdoor fireplace and a summer kitchen. The guesthouse adds a second kitchen and living room.

The house came on the market in January for $4.295 million and was more recently priced at $3.995 million, property records show. It previously sold last year for about $3 million.

Steve Davis of Douglas Elliman was the listing agent. Stacy Robins of Stacy Robins Cos. represented the buyer in the sale.

Prior to her purchase, O’Donnell had been operating in sell mode for much of the year, divesting herself of her Sarasota County property and listing another in Saddle River, N.J. The seven-bedroom, English country-style estate currently lists for sale at $6.975 million.

O’Donnell, 53, in February left ABC’s “The View” after returning to the show for a second tenure last year. She previously was a co-host on the show in 2007. Her own daytime talk show, “The Rosie O’Donnell Show,” ran from 1996 to 2002.
