Built in 1963 and since renovated, the contemporary-style home has an industrial vibe with polished concrete and ceramic floors, vaulted ceilings and exposed steel beams. Walls of floor-to-ceiling windows take in panoramic views of Lake Washington, Mt. Olympus and the Seattle cityscape.
Formal living and dining rooms, an eat-in kitchen and a family room are included in 4,050 square feet of open-plan space. A lofted office/library space overlooks the living room area.
Four bedrooms and three bathrooms include a master suite complete with a rain shower. There are also two fireplaces.
Nadella bought the house nearly two decades ago for $1.385 million, property records show.
Tere Foster of Windermere Real Estate has the listing.
Nadella, 48, joined Microsoft in 1992 and previously led the technology giant’s cloud and enterprise group. He was named CEO in 2014, replacing the retired Steve Ballmer.
