Actress Tricia Helfer sells her Hollywood Hills West home

Actress Tricia Helfer has sold her home in Hollywood Hills West for $2 million.

Built in 1959, the gated contemporary features wood beam ceilings, an office, five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a sauna and 3,641 square feet of living space. There is a swimming pool and canyon views.

Helfer, 39, stars on the series “TRON: Uprising” and will star in the upcoming series “Killer Women.” She was on “The Firm” last year and “Battlestar Galactica” from 2004-09.

The property was purchased for $950,000 in 2002, public records show.

Michael Nourmand and Adam Sires of Nourmand & Associates in Beverly Hills were the listing agents. Myra Nourmand of the same office represented the buyer.
