Spokesman to the stars Howard Bragman has sold his gated house in Hollywood Hills West for $2.3 million.

The contemporary compound features vaulted ceilings, an open dining room and kitchen, a screening room, two fireplaces, four bedrooms and four bathrooms in 4,000 square feet of living space.

A heated swimming pool is surrounded by a deck that adds more space for outdoor dining and entertaining.

Bragman, 57, founded the public relations firm Fifteen Minutes in 2005 and is vice chairman of Reputation.com.

Bragman bought the property for $1.148 million in 2003, public records show. He first listed it last year at $2.845 million.

Richard Klug of Sotheby’s International Realty in Beverly Hills was the listing agent. Deedee Howard of the Agency in Beverly Hills represented the buyer.
