Atmosphere
The Atmosphere housing complex in San Diego is one of the most expensive subsidized housing projects in downtown at a price tag of $79.3 million. The 205-unit complex offers subsidized rent for families and individuals ranging from $525 a month to $1,250 a month. Atmosphere is slated to achieve LEED Silver Certification for sustainability and judges said it was an example of revitalizing an underused city site.
