At the 2006 MTV Europe Music Awards, West went off on an expletive-ridden diatribe after his "Touch the Sky" lost Best Video to Justice and Simian's "We Are Your Friends." But he stood on a mountain and jumped across canyons! He spent a million dollars! Pamela Anderson was in it! The rapper later admitted to having a little "sippy sippy" before the show (a little?), and defended his outburst by stating, "People were so surprised at what I did. I'm more surprised people thought I had changed." Us too, Kanye. Us too.

In light of his most recent feuds with PETA and Theraflu, we thought we’d revisit our favorite Kanye outbursts over the years. From name-calling to mic-grabbing, the rapper is known for both winning awards and crashing awards shows when he doesn’t. Take a look at who’s been “Kanye’d” -- although, if we’re being real, who hasn’t?

Kanye vs. Twitter (2009)

Kanye vs. Matt Lauer (2010)

West appeared for an interview with Matt Lauer on “Today” in Nov. 2010, but the conversation soon escalated when a clip of VMA incident with Taylor Swift began playing as he was speaking. Kanye vs. PETA (2012)

So that’s what West and new flame Kim Kardashian have in common! “Theraflu” also caused some grief among PETA reps, who took offense to his lyrics: “Tell PETA my mink is draggin’ on the floor.” PETA Senior Vice President Dan Mathews retaliated, “What’s draggin’ on the floor is Kanye’s reputation as a man with no empathy for animals or human beings.” Case in point: the rapper recently tweeted, “Fur pillows are actually hard to sleep on.” #Firstworldproblems, anyone?  (AFP/Getty Images)
