Hollywood Headlines: a crazy week in review

Warning: Kanye West is opening his mouth again. This time, he’s reigniting the whole Taylor Swift fiasco, saying that had he not been drunk the night of her win at the MTV Video Music Awards, he would have “been on stage longer.” Thank heavens for small mercies. Adrien Brody isn’t pulling punches any more. After shooting the 2009 crime thriller “Giallo,” he’s still waiting to get paid a healthy $640,000. Now, still without any payment in sight, he’s sued to block the production companies from using his image to promote the film. The production companies (Hannibal Pictures & Giallo Productions Ltd.) are moving ahead anyway, with both a theatrical release and DVD sell-through of the film sans Brody’s image. So just who was Bing’s most searched celebrity in 2010? The landslide victory went to Kim Kardashian, who garnered 20% more inquiries than the second-highest-rated search (Sandra Bullock). Bing, Microsoft’s answer to Google, revealed a most-searched list that also contains Tiger Woods, Lady Gaga and Kate Gosselin. Click here for more on Kim Kardashian and the list. Lindsay Lohan was allowed out of rehab for Thanksgiving -- and she spent it with daddy Michael. The day pass let Lohan enter the one holiday celebration that generally calls for a drink after spending it with family, but happily, she stayed sober during the day and returned Thursday night.
