Hollywood Headlines: a crazy week in review

In October, news broke that Tyra Banks was being sued by the mother of a self-professed teen sex addict for not getting the appropriate parental clearance for the child’s appearance. “The Tyra Show” in question aired in 2009, and according to the $3-million suit, producers didn’t get parental permission before they flew her out to New York, put her up in a hotel, and paid her for the segment. This week, Khloe Kardashian had a genuine quandary. The kind that old Chinese wise men who sit atop mountains might even have a problem solving. She’s been asked by Perez Hilton to make an “It Gets Better” for teens in crisis — but the thing is, Perez repeatedly bullies her. Khloe points to the pictures he posts of her with “tranny” and “fugly” scribbled over her face. Khloe, bless her, decided to make the video and Perez has made an announcement that he’s going to stop bullying people. But does a leopard change its spots? Despite helping a guy who was set to commit suicide last week, T.I. has been ordered back to jail by a judge. And adding insult to injury, AXE has dropped him as a celebrity sponsor. AXE did stick with T.I. after he was recently arrested for drug possession, but now it’s saying it just can’t hang. Isn’t that just like a deodorant company? Way to kick a man when he’s down. Lindsay Lohan‘s dad, Michael (right, with attorney Edward Burke Jr.), loves to talk. Loves to. It’s pretty much what he does. Granted, most of the talking seems to revolve around Lindsay and how much he wants her to stop drinking. He seems to think that being an embarrassing dad still works on your little girl, even when said little girl is now in her 20s and in and out of jail and rehab. But enough is enough. He’s going to talk no more. That’s it. Well, until in about 20 more minutes when he’s had time to say that he’s not going to talk anymore. So what do you do when your hubby’s allegedly been caught texting naughty messages (and pics of his bits) to another woman? Well, most of us would kick him out of the house and go for a few cocktails with our best friends. That’s not the road that Deanna Favre would take. She went on the TV show “Fox & Friends” to promote her new book. Granted, the appearance had been booked a while ago, but Deanna held her head up high and went on anyway.
