Cake Wars Three teams — each consisting of a sugar sculptor, a cake artist and a master food carver — are still in the competition as the teams try to help Santa with a gift for Mrs. Claus. 9 p.m. Food

Lucifer Lucifer’s (Tom Ellis) mom (Tricia Helfer) is found at the scene of a murder, and her son has his suspicions. Lesley-Ann Brandt and Lauren German also star. 9 p.m. Fox

The Odd Couple When Oscar (Thomas Lennon) learns that his mother (guest star Jessica Walter, “Arrested Development”) can’t host Christmas this year, he takes over preparations for the traditional Unger family holiday feast in this new episode. Matthew Perry also stars. 9:30 p.m. CBS

Scorpion Lea Thompson returns as Paige’s (Katharine McPhee) mother and gives Ralph (Riley B. Smith) a boost with his cookie sales, while the team tries to rescue a woman trapped in the La Brea Tar Pits.
