Hopefully your time in our nation’s capital won’t be as strenuous as Lincoln’s was in “Lincoln.” Everyone knows about the monuments (including the Lincoln Memorial, pictured here) but check out Georgetown or DuPont Circle for world class shopping and an exploding food scene in-between site seeing trips. As for Pakistan, many parts of the country are not safe for Westerners so if you’re going, stick to major cities and check with the U.S. Consulate for security information.
