The couple from Torrance said, “We were high school lovers 22 years ago” in their native Poland. When Kurek left for America years ago they lost contact but were reunited one year ago through the website of “Polish Classmates.” Kurek said, “We will have a bigger ceremony when we have a house with a yard and a view of the ocean.”
