- From the Long Beach Freeway (710):
- Take the Long Beach (710) North.
- To the Santa Ana (5) North.
- To the Santa Monica Freeway (10) West.
- Transition to the Santa Monica Freeway (10) West.
- Merge right to the Harbor Freeway (110) North.
- Exit at Pico Boulevard.
- Continue to Pico Boulevard.
- From the Harbor Freeway (110):
- Take the Harbor Freeway (110) North.
- Merge to the Santa Monica Freeway (10) West.
- Follow the Pico Boulevard exit.
- Continue to Pico Boulevard.
- From Orange County/Santa Ana Freeway (5):
- Take the Santa Ana (5) North.
- To the Santa Monica (10) West.
- To the Harbor Freeway (110) North.
- Merge right to the Downtown Exit.

- Take the Golden State Freeway (5) South.

- Take the Pasadena Freeway (110) South.

- Left turn at the bottom of the off-ramp on to Blaine.
- Make a left on 11th Street.
