Residents fear losing Capistrano Beach as storms chip away at their 'piece of paradise'

Following Friday's storm that left the boardwalk crumbled amid ongoing destruction, residents say they fear losing Capistrano Beach.

He was 87 and missing in the Camp fire. She made it a personal mission to find him.

"I didn’t want Mr. Shelton to die a nobody," Red Cross investigator Tiffany Bender said of her quest to locate Arnold Shelton, one of last people remaining unaccounted for in the Camp fire.
