The former home of the luxury clothier in downtown Los Angeles has sold to developers who are already working on a makeover of the six-story building to turn it into creative offices and restaurants. Two additional floors will be added to the 1924 structure on the gentrifying thoroughfare.

CBS sells Television City for $750 million to Los Angeles real estate developer

CBS said Monday that it has sold its iconic Television City headquarters, and active sound stages, near Farmer’s Market for $750 million to Hackman Capital Partners. The network will retain some office space and continue to produce shows there, including "The Price is Right."
