Historic home of clothier Desmond's is ready for its comeback on Broadway

The former home of the luxury clothier in downtown Los Angeles has sold to developers who are already working on a makeover of the six-story building to turn it into creative offices and restaurants. Two additional floors will be added to the 1924 structure on the gentrifying thoroughfare.
