Nightclub mogul Sam Nazarian lists Bel-Air estate for $33.5 million

The nightclub and restaraunt mogul bought the house from Paramount Chief Executive Brad Grey in an off-market deal for $25 million and listed it for sale the same day for $33.5 million.
