What is a podcast?
A podcast is an audio recording that can be played on a personal computer or downloaded to an iPod or other portable MP3 player.

What you need to listen to a podcast
In order to listen to our podcasts, you'll need either a portable MP3 player or a "podcatching" software application such as iTunes or iPodder. Click here to search the Web for podcasting applications.

One feature of podcasts is the ability to subscribe to audio feeds that automatically can be updated at intervals set by your podcasting application or RSS reader.

How to download a single podcast
Select a podcast from the current lineup, click on the download link with the right mouse button and save it to your computer. Follow your MP3 player's import instructions to add the podcast to your collection.

How to subscribe to a podcast series
Click on the button for a podcast in the current lineup and simply copy and paste its link address into your RSS reader or podcasting software.
