No airline gripes, just gratitude

MY return trip to Dallas from Los Angeles was horrible. Almost everything that could go wrong did. After getting lost, I arrived 40 minutes before my flight. It was too late to check my bags, and I had lost my driver’s license. The United ticket agent, seeing my distress, helped me in every way she could.
At security I struggled to get all of my belongings into two carry-on bags. The woman there was very supportive, even helping me stuff a bag into my backpack and walking me to the front of the line.
Everyone was professional and sympathetic. The man who checked my bags was especially kind and comforting.
I wish I could thank all of these people personally, but I was so upset I don’t remember a single name.
In these days of complaints about airline service, I just wanted you to hear from someone who has no complaints — only compliments.
