Drinking in striking views of Spain
HAVING stayed in paradores several times, we enjoyed Beverly Beyette’s article on these inns in Spain [“Napoleon Slept Here, and So Can You,” Aug. 21]. For visitors to Moorish southern Spain, two with spectacular views are not to be missed: Parador de Ronda and Parador de Arcos de la Frontera. We have returned to Arcos just for lunch and the views.
My wife, Cynthia, called Ronda “the best hotel room I have ever stayed in.” It was a three-level suite with decks to enjoy the fantastic views.
