Driving to LAX this weekend? Expect road closures, traffic tie-ups
Multiple road closures near Los Angeles International airport will slow traffic in the area through Sunday, airport officials said.
Street resurfacing work has shut down a portion of Westchester Parkway between Pershing Drive and Sepulveda Boulevard.
Additional closures include Stanmoor Drive and Loyla Boulevard near Westchester Parkway, the right-hand lane approach from northbound Pershing Drive to Westchester Parkway, and the left-turn lane of southbound Pershing Drive to Westchester Parkway.
The resurfacing work will continue from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days.
