A man in Fallbrook died during a struggle with San Diego County sheriff’s deputies Wednesday night after he was spotted driving erratically in a car with a flat tire, authorities said.

After the car smashed into a fence, the driver ran inside a home. When deputies attempted to arrest him, he became combative, forcing deputies to use a Taser and a police dog, authorities said.
