Kelvin Cheng set up on the 4th Street bridge over the 110 Freeway on Saturday to make this long-exposure image of downtown L.A., dominated by the Westin Bonaventure hotel and U.S. Bank building in the center of the frame. The slow shutter speed causes moving objects to appear as streaks of light, which can be seen in the passing cars at the bottom of the frame and what appears to be two aircraft at the top.
