Baltimore police respond to barricade situation at Burger King

Baltimore City police officers lead a suspect away after he surrendered after a five-hour stand-off inside a Burger King restaurant at Washington Blvd. and Monroe Street.

Baltimore police surrounded a Burger King near Carroll Park in Southwest Baltimore Sunday morning where a man barricaded himself with four hostages. Police blocked off nearby streets and asked residents and motorists to avoid the area.
