Laguna Beach basked in patriotism and sunshine Saturday as the city celebrated the 51st annual Patriots Day Parade with a select group of honorees, floats, cars and school bands.

The parade, which recognizes veterans’ service in times of war and celebrates America’s freedom, began on Park Avenue and progressed along Glenneyre Street and Forest Avenue before finishing near City Hall.
