Blackhawks legends
Known for being a hard-worker, Darryl Sutter played all 406 games of his NHL career with the Blackhawks after being selected in the 11th round (179th overall) in the 1978 draft. The hard-nosed left wing notched a career-high 40 goals in his first full season with the Hawks in ‘80-81 and later added a 31-goal campaign and three others with 20 or more. After his playing career, Sutter became coach of the Hawks and in his first season behind the bench in ‘92-93, led them to the Norris Division title before bowing out in the first round of the playoffs. He went on to coach two more seasons in Chicago and is currently coach of the Kings. (CHARLES CHERNEY / CHICAGO TRIBUNE)
