Dodgers fans woke up Thursday morning to some pretty big news -- Don Mattingly is no longer the team's manager.

Now, whether that is good or bad news depends on each fan's perspective.

On one hand, he's the first person ever to manage the Dodgers to three straight postseason appearances. That's pretty good.

But on the other hand, he never got the team to the World Series and only guided them into the National League Championship Series once. That could be seen as a negative, considering the massive amount of money spent on the roster.

Mattingly often is viewed as a guy who is good at handling various egos and personalities inside the clubhouse, but his in-game managerial decisions sometimes were questionable.

How do you think Thursday's news will affect the team?
