Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill marks its 10th anniversary this month, demonstrating the celebrity chef’s staying power in Las Vegas, where restaurants come and go.

To celebrate, the Southwest-themed restaurant at Caesars Palace is offering a special, fixed-price menu, but only through Tuesday.

For $85 a person, the special four-course meal begins with pumpkin soup with roasted pumpkin seeds and allspice crema. That’s followed by a lobster and corn tamale.

The main course consists of a fire-roasted venison chop served with Flay’s cranberry-serrano relish and sweet potato-smoked chile polenta.

The meal concludes with chocolate-coconut bread pudding and dulce de leche ice cream.

Flay was among the wave of celebrity chefs who helped transform Las Vegas into an internationally respected dining destination. Many other chefs boasting cookbooks and TV shows have since followed.

“I’m extremely proud of what we’ve accomplished these past 10 years at Caesars Palace,” Flay said in a statement. “Mesa Grill has become...a stage for me to showcase my love for the Southwest.”
