Your Scene: Plenty of panache in NYC
Shelley Harmon visited New York City for the first time this summer, accompanied by her 26-year-old son, Ernie. On the Willamsburg Bridge, between Brooklyn and the Lower East Side of Manhattan, she noticed this woman ambling in front of her.
“She walked with style, her head held high, and her tattoos complemented her outfit,” Harmon said.
The Dana Point resident used a Canon EOS Rebel XS.
