Preparations underway for the 129th Rose Parade

An army of volunteers have descended on pavilions in Irwindale and Pasadena to decorate floats for the 129th Rose Parade on New Year’s Day.

With the parade a little more than a week away, it is now crunch time for the volunteers to get floats ready by parade time.
