Ashley Benson puts her remodeled home in Hollywood Hills West up for sale

Ashley Benson of “Pretty Little Liars” fame has put her remodeled home in Hollywood Hills West on the market for $2.995 million.

Purchased by the actress three years ago, the gated French Normandy-style house offers classic 1930s features and subdued-tone interiors designed to evoke a more modern style.

Dark wood floors, pendant lights and crisp white molding are among the more traditional details. Patterned wall treatments and elaborate chandeliers draw the eye while adding a pop of light and color.

The 3,085 square feet of space includes a wood-paneled library, an updated kitchen with a marble-topped island and an office/lounge. The dining room has coffered ceilings and a wall fireplace with a tiled hearth.

The second-floor master suite has French doors that open to a deck. There are three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in all.

Outdoors, sets of string lighting crisscross over a flagstone patio and a swimming pool and spa. A cabana sits behind the pool.

Nate Smith of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, holds the listing.

The 26-year-old actress-model has appeared on such shows as “Days of Our Lives,” “Supernatural” and “Eastwick.” She is set to star opposite Mary-Louise Parker and Josh Peck in the upcoming film “Chronically Metropolitan.”
