Within the 4,078 square feet of interiors is a formal dining room, a den with a wet bar and an updated kitchen with an island/breakfast bar. A total of five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms are found across two floors.
Outdoors, hedged grounds include a flagstone patio, a courtyard and a swimming pool with a spa. A street-facing balcony extends off the second level of the home.
The house came on the market in July for $3.295 million, records show.
Steven Geller of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage represented both sides of the transaction. The exact sale price was $3,092,381, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
Donald Sterling, who filed for divorce from his wife of 60 years earlier this year, typically employs a long-term buy-and-hold strategy with his holdings, which have grown to more than 100 properties in the greater Los Angeles area.
