Megan Fox, Brian Austin Green close out old business in Los Feliz

Megan Fox of “Transformers” film fame and Brian Austin Green of “Anger Management” sold their home in Los Feliz for $3.75 million.

The remodeled Mediterranean, built in 1936, includes such updates as camera surveillance and a sound system.

A formal entry, a family room, a home theater, a library/study, a media room, an office, four bedrooms and five bathrooms are contained within the 5,385 square feet of living space. Floor-to-ceiling French doors open to covered patio areas.

The walled one-third-acre lot has a swimming pool. There are panoramic views of the city and ocean.

Fox, 28, stars in the summer action comedy “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.” The model/actress was on the series "Hope & Faith" from 2004-06.

Green, 40, played David Silver on “Beverly Hills, 90210” from 1990-2000. The actor/rapper will star in the horror film “Don't Blink,” set for September release.

Fox bought the property the year before the couple’s 2010 wedding for $2.943 million, public records show. Hat tip goes to Redfin for spotting the sale.

The pair recently bought a house in Toluca Lake for $3.35 million that was once the carriage house of the Bing Crosby estate.

Brenda Catalano of Coldwell Banker handled the sale.
