Zac Efron has sold his industrial-vibe home in Hollywood Hills West for $2.775 million.

Designed for the Case Study Program by Rodney Walker, the home was built after the program in 1947. Features include walls of glass, two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2,424 square feet of living space.

Corrugated metal surfaces and a three-sided fireplace add to the hip ambience. The concrete floors in the open-concept house are heated.

An infinity-edge swimming pool sits on the nearly third of an acre lot.

Efron, 26, rose to stardom in the films “High School Musical” and “Hairspray,” as well as the TV series “Summerland.” He starred this year in “That Awkward Moment” and is in the new film “Neighbors.” He was a presenter this year at the 86th Academy Awards.
