Actor Javen Campbell lists Sherman Oaks condo at $575,000
Actor and singer Javen Campbell has listed his Sherman Oaks condominium for $575,000.
The three-level unit has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a fireplace in 1,740 square feet. There are hardwood floors, granite countertops and outdoor deck areas. The contemporary Mediterranean-style building was constructed in 2004.
Campbell, 27, is selling because he is looking for a larger home. He appeared in the 2006 film “One Night With the King” and has a supporting role in the Warner Bros. film “Preacher’s Kid,” due out this fall. He released his latest CD, “Keeping the Faith,” in August.
