The Encino home of the late construction giant Naseeb M. Saliba, who partnered with Albert G. Tutor in the early ‘70s to form Tutor-Saliba Corp., has come on the market at $3.2 million.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom midcentury modern home has about 4,040 square feet of living space. This is the first time it has been listed since it was built for the Saliba family in 1963. Attention paid to quality materials and craftsmanship is evident in the cabinetry, fireplace and built-ins. Walls of glass open to the courtyard swimming pool and fountains. There are city and canyon views, plus a tennis court.

Among the major infrastructure projects of Sylmar-based Tutor-Saliba were Los Angeles’ Metro Rail system, the San Diego Convention Center and the International Terminal at San Francisco International Airport. Saliba died last May at 93.
