Recipe: Adult espresso nightcap

1 1/2 ounces good-quality tawny Port

9 ounces Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout (cold)

1. Pour the Port into a 10- to 12-ounce white wine glass or snifter.

2. Add the stout. If using bottled beer, pour it into the glass at least 4 inches away from the lip to form a creamy head, thus simulating the crema of an espresso.

Each serving: 185 calories; 2 grams protein; 15 grams carbohydrates; 0 fiber; 0 fat; 0 saturated fat; 0 cholesterol; 8 mg. sodium.
