Anthony and Diane Cordova sold their Westwood townhome in 2005 with plans to trade up to two residences: a dream house out in the desert and a Brentwood condo that allowed them to stay connected to the city. When the market soured, they decided to make the condo their full-time residence. The 1970s fixer was gutted and turned into a bright and open floor plan with the help of <a href="http://www.daviddaltoninc.com">interior designer David Dalton</a>.
