Former L.A. Galaxy coach Ruud Gullit has listed a Hollywood Hills house for sale at $3.65 million.

The traditional house, built in 1937, has a step-down living room with a wood-burning fireplace. The home opens to a swimming pool with spa, and a balcony off the master bedroom suite has city views. There is a den with a bar, four bedrooms, five bathrooms and 3,200 square feet of living space.

Gullit, 47, was an ESPN soccer analyst for this year’s World Cup. The Dutchman was European footballer of the year in 1987 and led the Netherlands to an international trophy in the European Championship in 1988. He was Galaxy coach from 2007 to 2008.

The property had been leased out at $20,000 a month last year, according to the Multiple Listing Service, and was purchased in 2008 for $4.25 million.
