Bicyclist dies after South L.A. hit-and-run; driver at large

A bicyclist who was critically injured by a hit-and-run driver in Vermont Square Wednesday night has died, Los Angeles police said.
The victim was identified as 19-year-old Oscar Toledo Jr., who was making a left turn about 9:30 p.m. at South Normandie Avenue and West 47th Street when he was hit, CBS2 reported.
Police said there were no skid marks left at the scene and no arrests have been made, the station reported. Toledo died on the way to an area hospital.
There was no description of the vehicle immediately available.
