Model’s slaying: An article in Saturday’s LATExtra section about the case against a woman accused of killing Juliana Redding said that Dr. Munir Uwaydah, whom prosecutors identified as the suspect’s employer, had been convicted in an unrelated fraud case. That case was a civil matter, not a criminal one, and Uwaydah was “adjudged to have committed fraud,” according to California Medical Board records.

Taste at the Grove: A Thursday Calendar Hot List item about the Taste at the Grove event Saturday featured a photo of chef Giada De Laurentiis and said in the caption that she was slated to appear. De Laurentiis was not scheduled to appear at the event.

Prescott Bush Jr.: A brief obituary of Prescott Bush Jr. in Friday’s LATExtra section mistakenly included a photo of Prescott Bush Sr. A photo of Prescott Bush Jr. appears above.

Marijuana dispensary killings: A photo caption in Saturday’s LATExtra section accompanying an article on the slayings of two pot dispensary workers misidentified the mother of victim Matthew Butcher as Jill. Her name is Julie Butcher.
