On the Food Network’s “Have Fork, Will Travel” and cult fave “Three Sheets” for the high-def MOJO network, comedian Zane Lamprey eats and imbibes his way around the world, illuminating foreign cultures by consuming their traditional food and drink according to local customs. The Syracuse, N.Y., native, 35, lives in Toluca Lake with his wife, Jen, and their 5-month-old son, Ronin. Catch his next “Have Fork” on Sunday, when he gets hungry in Hungary as Budapest residents whip up goulash.

SOMETHING FISHY On Friday evening, my wife and I would go out to a nice, quiet dinner at Firefly on Ventura Boulevard. I’d have the sea bass, without a doubt. Or we might go to Yen Sushi on Ventura. JOG AND NOSH I might take my son jogging around Toluca Lake -- well, I’m jogging, he’s sleeping. He’s addicted to motion. Then I’ll head to Cahuenga Plaza for lunch at New York NY Fresh Deli. I don’t lose any weight doing my shows, so depending on how much I jogged, I’d get either a salad or a Bronx Bomber, which is a corned beef, pastrami and cheese sandwich. DRINK, DINE, DVR Saturday night my wife and I would go to this really cool new bar called the Bridge on Cahuenga. It’s a retro, loungey, mellow place with great beers and tequilas -- sort of like New York in a box. Then we’d go home, order Chinese and watch “Entourage,” “Weeds” and “Californication” on the DVR -- it’s tough to see 20 consecutive minutes of anything with a 5-month-old. LOCAL FLAVOR If I’m scouting for ZaneCrawl [his guided bus tour of L.A. bars on March 14-16] I’d go to cool places like Ye Olde King’s Head in Santa Monica and the Red Lion, a beer garden on Glendale. But Sunday is usually a lazy family day to go to the park, get food. L.A. has all these great cultural areas -- Olvera Street, Chinatown. . . . One of my favorite places is Manna Korean BBQ in Koreatown, where you cook at your table. It feels exactly like a tent bar in Seoul. I also love dim sum at the Empress Pavilion in Chinatown.
