A judge in New Jersey has dismissed Donald Trump’s lawsuit against an author who wrote that Trump is a millionaire, not a billionaire.
Trump says he’s worth $5 billion to $6 billion, and claims that Timothy O’Brien was malicious when he reported in a book that Trump’s worth was more like $150 million to $250 million.
Superior Court Judge Michele Fox ruled Wednesday that the author did not intend to harm Trump with his 2005 book “TrumpNation: The Art of Being The Donald.”
Camden County Courts Civil Division Manager George Coan says the judge did not rule on how much Trump is actually worth.
