7:48 p.m.: When Mike Tyson joined Todd Phillips backstage after the win for ‘The Hangover’ (the sequel to which, incidentally, the filmmaker says could be ready as early as next Memorial Day), the former boxer did one of his free-associating, oddly articulate riffs. To wit (on why he did his turn in this movie): ‘Someone told me the guy (Phillips) did ‘Old School.’ Once he said ‘Old School’ I wanted to do it...I’d done other movies and they just didn’t have the zip....Todd told me ‘This is going to be the movie.’ You’re going to see so many girls--’

Phillips cuts in, joking: ‘Those are private conversations between an actor and a director.’
