Opening their season with six games on the road, the Dodgers hit a total of three home runs.

They came home Tuesday and equaled that in the first five innings.

Manny Ramirez hit a 435-foot shot to give the Dodgers the lead in the fourth, Casey Blake followed with a two-run homer and then Matt Kemp hit a solo shot in the fifth to give the Dodgers a comfortable lead over the Diamondbacks.

The Dodgers led, 6-1, after five innings in their home opener, Blake DeWitt walking for the third time to force in a run with the bases loaded.

After the Kemp homer, Arizona starter Ian Kennedy gave up a single to Andre Ethier and walked Manny. Left-hander Jordan Norberto took over for Kennedy, but gave up successive walks to Blake and DeWitt to force in the sixth run.
