GRAY WOLVES NO LONGER ENDANGERED: Gray wolves are expected to be removed from the endangered species list on May 2. They will no longer be protected in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Idaho and Montana, and areas in Utah, Washington and Oregon. While this means the wolves will become legal hunting targets, the Fish and Wildlife Service will monitor the delisted wolf populations for five years to sustain their healthy recovery.

INSIGHT VS. PRIUS: The time draws near for hybrid enthusiasts who have been awaiting the release of the 2010 Honda Insight and the 2010 Toyota Prius. While the Insight is completely different from its previous model, the Prius is an upgrade from its 2009 version. So which one will be the car of the year? OBAMA’S GREEN EGGS: The 2009 White House Easter Egg Roll uses 31% less paperboard than in previous years, features an egg-shaped dye cut and uses renewable, vegetable oil-based inks. The traditional Easter egg roll is aimed at encouraging kids to live a ‘healthy and active lifestyle,’ through sports, cooking classes, live performances and other festivities that will be take place at the White House lawn Monday.
