Decapitated body found at hospital ruled suicide by hanging

Culver City police believe the man whose decapitated body was found at a hospital parking lot hanged himself.

The body of the unidentified man was found by a passerby who immediately alerted police shortly after 3 p.m. to the area of Washington and Inglewood boulevards, said Culver City police Lt. Ron Izuka.

The body was in an area with bushes at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center.

Officials told KTLA News a security guard found the body. The name of the victim was not released.
