Your morning adorable: Lion cub at France’s Lunaret Zoo

Tica, a month-old lion cub, is the youngest (and, we’d argue, cutest) resident of the Lunaret Zoo in Montpellier, France. Tica was born July 1 and is the first lion to be born at the zoo.
Tica is extra special because she’s a descendant of an an extraordinarily rare subspecies, the Atlas lion (also called a Barbary lion). Atlas lions are extinct in the wild, although a small number live in zoos. See another photo of Tica after the jump!
