Snooki pleads guilty, gets lectured by the judge

In a New Jersey courtroom, Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi basically admitted she’s annoying -- and a judge wholeheartedly agreed.

The ‘Jersey Shore’ phenom, who was arrested in Seaside Heights, N.J., in July, entered a guilty plea Wednesday on a charge of interfering with the enjoyment of the quiet use of the beach or public boardwalk and saw disorderly conduct and public nuisance charges disappear.

In calling the 22-year-old a ‘Lindsay Lohan wannabe,’ the judge questioned whether Snooki’s ‘rude and self-indulgent’ behavior was scripted.

(We’d like to point out to the judge that by the time Lindsay was Snooki’s age, she’d already been to rehab three times and been arrested twice on suspicion of DUI -- not to mention had an actual acting career. Fortunately, Snooki showed in court with a slightly classier manicure than the one previously modeled by LiLo. Emphasis on slightly.)

Polizzi will pay her debt to society with a $500 fine (plus $33 in court costs) and two days of community service, one of which she already spent annoying animals at the Popcorn Park Zoo.
