Zsa Zsa Gabor has again been rushed back to the hospital, this time with internal bleeding suspected after she spit up blood following breakfast Tuesday morning, L.A. Now reports.

Gabor, whose right leg was amputated above the knee Jan. 14, had trouble recognizing husband Prince Frederic Von Anhalt or her doctors over the weekend, her publicist John Blanchette said.

The 93-year-old actress and socialite’s condition was not known at midday Tuesday, according to L.A. Now. She has been getting care at Ronald Reagan-UCLA Medical Center.

Gabor has faced a series of medical challenges since breaking her left hip in a fall in July. She had hip replacement surgery on July 19. The partial amputation of her right leg came after an infection on the leg wouldn’t heal, and doctors feared the life-threatening spread of gangrene.
