Today’s theme is the Antelope Valley, so we thought we’d showcase this Trulia.com ‘heatmap,’ which shows average listing prices.

Key: In the tan region in the West, listing prices average $465K to $528K
In the light green region in the middle, listing prices average $317K to $380K
In the darker green region in the East, listing prices average $254K to $317K
