Wouldn’t it be great if every listing came with the real story behind the sale? ‘For Sale: We Can’t Stand The Traffic in This Neighborhood.’ Or, ‘For Sale -- We’re Getting Out Before the Crash.’

‘This is certainly a new one for us. We’ve seen the ‘bank foreclosure’ sales popping up all over the place, but this may be the first ‘Divorce Sale’ ad we’ve spotted.
